Step 3: According to your device type, select the appropriate password recovery method.

If your camera is powered by the video recorder POE and there is no power on site, please refer to the following steps

1. Please connect the computer's network cable to one of the POE ports of the video recorder.

2. Set the computer's IP address to be in the same network segment as the internal network card address of the video recorder.

3. Refer to SADP scan code recovery method for password recovery.

The password recovery method of Fluorite series (beginning with CS) recorder/camera is as follows:

Camera:

When the power is on, press and hold the reset button for 5 seconds, the camera will enter the restart state, wait 1-2 minutes to restore the factory to complete. If the camera does not have a reset button, it is recommended that you switch to manual processing.

VCR:

Log in to the local configuration interface of the fluorite hard disk video recorder on the monitor, double-click on the lower left corner: Is it to restore the original password? Click OK, the password is restored to the device verification code (six uppercase English letters, the device body label can be viewed), if the verification code is incorrectly prompted, enter 12345.
