Possible reason one:

The device online search function depends on the winpcap plug-in. When installing a new version of the SADP software, if the winpcap in the current computer is in an occupied state, an exception will occur.

Solution:

Reinstall winpcap on the computer. You can install the winpcap plug-in (WinPcap_4_1_3.rar) separately on the premise of closing all software that may occupy this plug-in. You can also uninstall and reinstall SADP again.

Possible reason two:

For the convenience of Internet access, the network card of the computer may be configured with two or more IP addresses (Control Panel-Network and Internet-Network and Sharing Center-Local Connection/Wireless Connection-Properties-Internet Version Protocol 4-Advanced) , Or put the equipment in a complex network (multiple network segments, multiple routers, multilayer switches).

Solution:

It is recommended to disconnect the computer's wireless connection, turn off the computer's anti-virus software and firewall, connect the PC and the device to the network cable directly, restart the software, and then search.
