1. The camera's power supply is unstable. For example, it is normal during the day, and it is easy to disconnect at night; it is recommended to provide a stable power supply nearby.

2. Network line problem, switch performance is insufficient; it is recommended to replace the network cable or switch test.

3. Device IP conflict, video recorder and camera IP conflict or IP conflict between cameras; it is recommended to modify the device IP. (Respond to "How to modify the device IP address" for detailed instructions)

4. The camera is malfunctioning; it is recommended to contact the after-sales service.

If several fixed cameras are disconnected, you can check by cross-experiment, change the normal camera wiring and abnormal camera to determine the problem; you can also check whether there is an IP conflict between the cameras, modify Camera IP.

If the camera is not fixed, it is recommended to check 1 and 2 in the possible causes.

If all cameras are disconnected at the same time, are the cameras centralized and the power supply is working abnormally? Or the switch works abnormally causing the cameras to be disconnected at the same time? Or the network port behind the recorder is abnormal; in addition, you can check whether the IP of the recorder and the camera conflict, and modify the IP of the recorder/camera.
