  Due to the technological advancement of Western countries and conflicts of interest between countries, imported electronic components may be artificially implanted in the backdoor during design, manufacturing, packaging, testing, etc., such as IP cores may be embedded in the backdoor, mask plate making, and high-end packaging. Backdoor can be implanted. These backdoors can steal the data of our country's equipment or even destroy the equipment, and may further spread viruses and Trojan horses through the network, seriously affecting our country's information security.   3. Equipment quality risk
  Due to various objective factors, some industrial-grade components are used in aerospace equipment. Most of these industrial-grade components are purchased through agents, and relevant quality certification documents cannot be obtained. Some components have been discontinued or even refurbished. At the same time, some large-scale integrated circuits have no corresponding testing methods in China. Therefore, the performance parameters and reliability levels of some imported electronic components can only be tested with the equipment, and the detection and screening work cannot be carried out in advance, resulting in abnormal parameters and early failures during the use of the equipment. The quality risks of imported electronic components have severely affected the development, production, and use of aerospace equipment.

  2. Problems in the localized substitution of components
  Due to the difficulty of guaranteeing the use of imported electronic components in aerospace equipment, and many problems in terms of safety hazards, quality risks, etc., vigorously promoting the localization of imported electronic components has become a task of building national information security and safeguarding national independence.
